We could not wait to share this super simple and delicious Citrus and Pomegranate fruit salad that is colorful, tangy, and yes, tasty – all topped with pomegranate seeds.
Thankfully, it doesn’t take a lot effort to create this easy citrus filled salad. All you need is some delicious citrus fruits and top it off with pomegranate seeds and you are set. We love adding pomegranate seeds, but if all you have is mint or chopped almonds that can work for a simple decorative finish as well.

What you’ll need:
2 Blood Oranges
1 cup of Pomegranate seeds
First, peel and discard peel and white pith from the grapefruits, blood oranges, and oranges. Cut all of the citrus fruits crosswise. Top with pomegranate seeds.
